When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday Eastern Standard Time. Orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days from the order date and shipped out two to five days after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your orders. After that, your order arrival will be dependent on shipping specifications selected at check out. Dependent on products ordered and time of year - i.e. holiday sale season - packages will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after shipping, though this length varies dependent on shipping destination. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are in U.S. dollars and the appropriate tax will be applied based on shipping destination.
